Prices of dwellings: slight increase in Q1 2007
During Q1 2007, the real estate experts show that prices in the previous quarter remained stable with an increase of 0.5%.
In its analysis, real estate experts said: “With a price gradually increasing to 5%, the market seems in fact to have reacted mechanically to the evolution of interest rate mortgages.” This is offset particularly with the longer duration of loans and a significant improvement in household income.
